Shuffle crypto deposits, withdrawals and supported assets
Shuffle supports a broad set of cryptocurrencies, but the practical risk is not the number of coins — it is sending the right asset on the right network. This page focuses on the wallet flow, supported examples and the checks that matter before any transfer.
Current deposit and withdrawal assets
Shuffle's Help Center list checked in July 2026 includes the assets below. Network support can change, so the deposit screen in your own account should be treated as the final operational reference before sending funds.
| Asset | Examples of supported network context | Transfer note |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | Send only BTC to the BTC address shown. |
| ETH | Ethereum / BEP20 / Base and other listed integrations | Choose the exact chain shown for the deposit address. |
| USDT | ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, POL, SOL | Stablecoin symbol alone is not enough; chain must match. |
| USDC | ERC20, BEP20, SOL, POL, Base, Arbitrum | Use only the supported token contract/network combination. |
| SHFL | ERC20 | Platform token support does not make this page investment advice. |
| Other listed assets | LTC, TRX, POL, XRP, SOL, DOGE, BNB, AVAX, GRAM, SHIB, BONK, WIF, TRUMP, PUMP, DAI | Check the live wallet because supported assets can be added or removed. |
Three details must agree before you send crypto
Asset
Choose the coin or token you actually hold. Do not send an unsupported asset to a visually similar address.
Network
For multi-chain assets such as USDT, USDC or ETH, match the network in your sending wallet to the network selected in Shuffle.
Tag or memo where required
Shuffle's help materials specifically warn that XRP and some TON/GRAM-style transfers may require a destination tag or memo. Missing it can prevent correct crediting.
Account checks apply before the wallet is fully usable
Shuffle's current Help Center states that email verification and Basic Information (Level 1) verification are required to make a deposit. Higher verification levels may be requested depending on account activity and compliance requirements.
Email verification
Confirm the email address attached to the account. This is also important for password recovery and security notifications.
Basic information
Shuffle lists full legal name, date of birth, address and occupation among the Level 1 information fields.
Additional KYC
Identity and proof-of-address verification can be requested. Do not assume a crypto casino means anonymous or verification-free use.
Crypto withdrawals return to the wallet address you provide
Shuffle's Terms state that cryptocurrency withdrawals are made to the stated wallet address after a valid withdrawal request. Additional KYC or checks may be applied, especially where the account is restricted or suspicious activity is detected.
Published withdrawal speed should not be treated as a guarantee. Blockchain confirmation times, network congestion, account platform overview and third-party systems can all affect timing.
Correct coin, wrong chain can still be wrong
Sending USDT on a network that the selected Shuffle address does not support is not equivalent to sending the right asset. Shuffle's Help Center warns that retrieval of erroneous deposits is not guaranteed.
Check the first and last characters of the address, network label and any tag or memo before confirming the transaction.
Cards and on-ramps can sit outside the crypto wallet itself
The supplied product data lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Interac, MoonPay and Swapped among payment routes. Availability can depend on the third-party provider and region, so these should not be treated as universally available direct casino payment rails.
Third-party payment providers can impose their own KYC, fees, exchange rates, minimums and geographic restrictions. Platform their checkout terms before purchase.
Verify asset, network and account status first
Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. A careful address/network check is more useful than chasing a “fastest deposit” claim.
Asset and network must match exactly
A crypto deposit has two identities: the asset and the blockchain network used to transfer it. Before sending, compare the operator deposit screen with the sending wallet and confirm the address, network, minimum amount and any memo or tag. Do not rely on a saved address from an older transaction if the live account displays different instructions.
After sending, use the transaction ID to distinguish blockchain confirmation from account crediting. Network congestion can delay confirmations even when the transaction was created correctly.
| Stage | Check | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Before send | Asset, network, address, minimum | Prevents wrong-network or unsupported transfers. |
| On-chain | Transaction ID and confirmations | Shows whether the network has processed the transfer. |
| Account | Wallet history and credited balance | Shows whether the platform has applied the deposit. |
| Withdrawal | Destination compatibility and verification state | Reduces irreversible address errors and compliance delays. |
Treat blockchain transfers as irreversible
Crypto transfers generally cannot be reversed simply because the destination was typed incorrectly. Copy the address carefully, compare the beginning and end of the string, and use a small test transfer when appropriate and permitted. Protect exchange accounts and personal wallets with strong authentication.
Never provide a seed phrase or private key to a casino, affiliate page or support contact. Those credentials control the wallet itself and are not required to verify a normal deposit.
